ABG Interpretation (.15 CEUs)   NEW!

Do you need a refresher on the function of acid-base balance in the body? Would you like to know how to interpret ABG data? ABG Interpretation will provide a review of acid-base physiology and describe a method of arranging the ABG data to quickly determine status of a patient. Students will get practice time with multiple scenarios in order to develop the skill to read ABG’s quickly. Upon completion of ABG Interpretation, the learner will: define the physiology of acids and bases in the body, compare the ABG values that determine the primary cause of pH imbalances, practice interpreting ABG values with multiple patient scenarios.

In order to receive a certificate of successful completion for 1.5 contact hours, all attendees must sign the official registration form, attend the entire seminar, complete all practical exercises, and turn in a completed evaluation form.
