|Old Sturbridge Village-On the Road with OLLI
Old Sturbridge Village takes its visitors back into the early 19th century in rural New England. Costumed interpreters demonstrate life in more than 40 buildings, gardens and working farms. Self-guided exploration of the village is easy with maps and schedules distributed at your arrival.
The day begins with travel in our deluxe 55-passenger bus and arrives at the Oliver Wight Tavern (located at the entrance to Sturbridge Village) where we’ll enjoy an extensive buffet brunch in a charming setting. Then, our travelers will have plenty of time to wander through the village, shop at the delightful gift shop or stop for a late afternoon snack.
