TEA DISCOVERY  

Enjoy this class with family and friends! Explore true tea--what it is, where it's grown, and how it's produced. A tea specialist shares how tea becomes white, green, oolong, black and pu'erh. You'll have a full sensory experience (sample tasting and aroma) from the top five tea producing countries in Asia. In addition, you'll learn the best steeping time and temperature for each of these teas as well as history, myths, and health claims. Minimum ages 12-15 (with a parent). CEUs: .2
