SPANISH TAPAS AND PINTXOS
Tapas are small plates of Spanish food; pintxos are bite-size morsels, often served on a skewer, perfect for sampling or a small meal. Yary will share her cooking adventures from living and working in Spain while preparing a delightful menu. She will make seared tuna, bean and cabrales cheese crostini; “salad on a stick” with melon, artichokes and chorizo; and lamb, goat cheese and caramelized shallots with a red wine reduction and stuffed dates with cheese and herbs wrapped in prosciutto.
