WHY GLUTEN-FREE?
Do you wonder why gluten-free diets are so popular? Gluten is the protein in wheat, rye and barley. People diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Glulten Sensitivity, and Gluten Intolerance require a gluten-free diet. We will look at the growing list of symptoms, how to get diagnosed and how to follow this diet, including how to read nutrition/ingredient labels, sources for gluten-free products and ingredients, choosing recipes, and tips for eating gluten-free at restaurants.
