Yoga for All
This non-intimidating class encourages beginners as well as experienced yoga students to work at their own level. The class has an emphasis on breath control, stress reduction, flexibility, stability, core conditioning and overall strength. Ending with moments of relaxation, you will leave feeling refreshed and connected. Please bring your yoga mat and any other props you may have. Props that can be used are: yoga belt/strap, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga blanket.
