REAL ESTATE LAW -- ONLINE COURSE

WA Real Estate Law offers an overview of the legal aspects of real estate. This 30-clock hour online course discusses the laws governing ownership and sale of real estate, transaction problems, and provides examples from actual court cases. Topics include distinctions between real and personal property, methods of land description, easements, liens, earnest money agreements/real estate contracts, deeds and title transfer, foreclosure, zoning and other land use controls, fair housing issues, and landlord/tenant laws. This online class can begin anytime throughout the quarter.
