Handling the SAT/PSAT: Verbal

You need it. We have it! LWTC presents Robert Lycan, verbal specialist, who will give you the full scoop on how to beat the VERBAL portion of the SAT/PSAT in 14 hours. Students will maximize their scores through proper and carefully guided instruction. Every student will gain: pre and post test comparisons plus at-home practice which will provide maximum test benefits, skill building exercises, complete understanding of sentence completion and unique critical reading strategies, speed reading techniques, quick and dynamic vocabulary retention through root and prefix study for easy reading analysis, skills to produce high caliber essays (both for SAT & school writing) plus recognition and correction of writing errors. This course is taught by a Washington Certified Teacher with over 30 years of teaching experience and SAT PREP success.

Students will need to purchase THE OFFICIAL SAT STUDY GUIDE by College Board, $21.99, available at any book store or online.

POWERWORDS: Roots/Prefix Study book by Robert Lycan will be purchased at first class for $20. Math SAT PREP is offered individually, the same SAT Study Guide book is used for both classes.
