Power Writing for Teens

No need to fear the big, bad world of writing when you have POWERWRITING available to you. Brimming with clever advice such as "One Fast Dance Through the Parts of Speech," this class offers students a concise guide to penning strong and effective writing for classroom needs and other associative writing. The instructor offers concise explanations and non-intimidating instruction based on the four pillars of sound writing: structure, style, readability, and grammar plus solving the problems of "picky punctuation" and the biggest hindrance of all, how to energetically begin and end writing. The student will engage in several writing exercises that will put ideas into practice.

Please bring $30 to first class for materials.
