Cooking and Baking   

Young bakers will learn the fundamentals of baking – from reading and following recipes to measuring out ingredients. Bakers will practice their skills by baking and decorating cupcakes and making delicious desserts from around the world. Each baker will take home a personal box of their baked goods, aprons, recipe books and mini baking kit.s.

Campers will learn about the science of cooking and do amazing experiments using everyday items found in the kitchen such as milk and skittles. Join us as wel make homemade pizza, ice cream and other amazingly delicious treats while discovering the world of science.

Our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes inspired by international cuisine. We will travel across the globe to learn about cuisine and traditions of Europe, Southeast Asia, Central America, and beyond. We will learn about fresh herbs and vegetables, and how they enhance the aroma and flavors of our dishes. We will master cooking safety, slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing, and more! All ingredients and supplies will be provided!

Bakers will practice their skills by baking and decorating cupcakes and making scratch cookies. Each baker will take home a personal box of their decorated cake, cupcakes and cookies. An apron and mini baking kit included in fees.

 

In this week-long camp, young bakers will focus on the art of cake decorating. Campers will decorate cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Straight from the Pinterest and Instagram boards, we will work from a theme each day. They will be encouraged to unlock their creativity in the kitchen. Bakers will practice their skills by decorating their own yummy desserts to take home. Bakers will bring
home all of their custom goods, mini baking kits along with recipes.

Whip up a royal feast of foods inspired by your favorite Disney heroines! Learn S.T.E.M. concepts of measurement, states of matter and chemical reactions through hands-on cooking activities. Learn kid-friendly recipes inspired by these adventurous young heroines. Don’t forget to bring your appetite and your imagination! $15 supply fee includes all supplies and a camp apron.

Join us for even more Art & Food wrapped into one tasty and colorful class! Kids will create edible masterpieces inspired by
great art and architecture throughout history. Munch with Matisse, cook with Caravaggio and create in the kitchen with other great
artists! Tastings are included & sample recipes will be provided. $40 supply fee includes all supplies and camp apron.

Camp goers will learn how to make everything from bubble gum, to gummy bears, to delicious chocolates, and explore the science behind how it all happens! Our Candy Camp is an engaging, sensory experience that incorporates kids' favorite candies. They'll bring home delicious creations to share with family and friends.

Grab your apron & join us for a fun, hands-on dessert camp for kids! Learn the recipes for easy, scratch-made sweet treats & the basic skills to prepare & decorate them. $15 supply fee includes all supplies and a snack.
