Explore Your Core - A Pre-Pilates Class Workshop   

This introductory workshop is designed for those who are looking to sample an exercise program that focuses on strength and flexibility. Expect a deep muscle, full body workout that is effective, joint friendly and energizing. We'll move slowly through basic Pilates exercises to gain connection with the small stabilizing muscles of the pelvis and spine. Instructor is certified and has a special interest in those looking to regain range of motion and strength from injury and chronic pain. Class held off campus at m-illumino Movement Studio, 6921 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle.
