Pilates + Ball = Intermediate Core Work for Athletes   

Adding a stability ball to Pilates exercises makes for a dynamic and energizing workout. Experience the power and precision possible using Pilates to cross train for your favorite summer sport. Focus on the small stabilizing muscles in the core and power larger muscle groups for enhanced flexibility, muscle length, and balance. Some Pilates experience required. Instructor is STOTT certified. Bring a Pilates mat, exercise ball, and 2-3 lb. hand weights. This class is held off campus at The Brig at Magnuson Park, 6344 NE 74th Street, Seattle.
