Beginning and Continuing Printmaking

Let your creativity flow as you learn essential printmaking techniques in this engaging class. You will create a one-color linocut, colorful monotypes, and draw directly onto a copper plate to make beautiful prints. You will be introduced to printmaking inks, papers, and tools and learn how to use the printing press. Continuing students will be free to work independently and receive direction from the instructor to progress their printmaking. See Textbook and Supply List for supply list. Get these for the second class day. We will talk about supplies on the first day of class.
