Lean Sigma Black Belt  

The Lean Sigma Black Belt practitioner typically is a full-time individual skilled in quality improvement systems and tools, who trains, leads, and supports Lean Sigma problem-solving teams in measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling processes critical to both customer satisfaction and profitability. Participants will receive a certificate upon completing coursework and presenting a Black Belt level project.
