Preserving Sacred Spaces II
10026 Preserving Sacred Spaces II The Twin Cities are home to many places of worship with architectural or historical significance. We will visit five sites beginning with an introductory session on Tuesday, June 4, at United Theological Seminary’s Bigelow Chapel. Our presenter will be architect Joan Soranno. Additional sites include Olivet Congregational Church in St. Paul, designed by Clarence Johnston; the Cathedral of St. Paul; and Coldwater Springs, near Fort Snelling. A complete schedule with maps and parking information will be sent the week before the summer term. Limit: 25 Susan Mundale is a writer and former teacher.
