20125 A Fine June Day at a Nature Center

17020 A Fine June Day at a Nature Center Participants are invited to tour four local nature centers. Each center has a unique habitat, with its own animal, bird, and plant life. Wear comfortable shoes, and bring your binoculars and cameras! Centers to be visited include Lowry Nature Center, Wood Lake Nature Center, Richardson Nature Center, and the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. Tours at the first three locations will be accompanied by trained naturalists; the tour at the Wildlife Refuge will be self-guided. Limit: 25 Course Fee: $15 due at registration Carrie Bassett, Hennepin County Master Gardener and OLLI member, will coordinate the tours.
