Learn to use clear intention to move through your day and change habits; gain internal strength and flexibility, expand sense of confidence. Compliments fitness regimes/other mindful movement practices. Good for pain reduction/rehabilitation. NOTE: Bring mat or blanket and wear clothing allowing unrestricted movement. "
