Writer's Workshop: All Genres  

Cary Pepper This Creative Writing Workshop is for people currently writing in any genre, who are interested in giving and receiving thoughtful criticism. There will be instruction on elements of craft such as character, dialogue, backstory /exposition, structure, details, and language. Students are welcome to write in any genre(s), and all writing will receive feedback from the group and the instructor. Work will be distributed electronically between classes to maximize feedback and class time. Students at all levels are welcome. Cary Pepper is an award-winning, internationally-produced playwright, novelist, screenwriter, and nonfiction writer. He also writes short stories and poetry. He’s a four-time contributor to Applause Books’ Best American Short Plays series, and has had articles published in The New York Times, Town and Country, American Film, Advertising Age, Travel and Leisure, TV Guide, and MAD.
