Aerobic and Strength Interval Training*  

Do you want to increase your fitness? This class format varies continuously to avoid fitness plateaus. Use steps, stability balls, dumbbells and yoga mats. Both high and low impact versions of movements are demonstrated.

Class is not intended for those with any serious physical limitations.
