This class is intended for experienced welders and artists. Ample shop space is provided, as well as a variety of major tools including welders, and metal forming, shaping, and cutting equipment. The instructor and one or more assistants are available to provide support and technical assistance, discuss means and methods, offer feedback, and furnish refresher instruction. Instruction in processes unfamiliar to the student is available on a limited basis. Basic instruction in creative metal art is offered in an Introductory version of this class on Thursday evenings, and will not be provided in this Studio except in academic quarters when the Introductory class is unavailable.
