Dreamweaver CS4/CS5 Level 1  

If you are a novice web designer, web developer, website designer, or graphic artist with some programming background who needs to build simple websites, this course is for you. You will design, build, and upload a website using Dreamweaver CS5 features. This course is appropriate for users of all versions of Dreamweaver up to and including CS5. The course covers the Adobe Web Communication using Dreamweaver CS5 objectives, and is intended to help prepare students to take the Adobe Certified Associate exam.

After course completion, you should be able to:
  • Identify basic web design concepts.
  • Identify the HTML tags in a file
  • Customize the Adobe® Dreamweaver® CS5 interface.
  • Build a website.
  • Design web pages.
  • Create reusable site assets.
  • Work with different types of links.
  • Upload a website.
Recommended Prerequisites: To ensure your success in this course, it is recommended that you first take the HTML and CSS courses (or have equivalent knowledge). Complete proficiency with Windows is assumed.
