Discover Your Inner Artist or Performer   NEW!

The artist and performer is now and has always been within, and has been providing clues and urgings all along.  Using a variety of techniques, we will CONSCIOUSLY connect with this well-spring of brilliant ideas and inspirations, discovering a face, a character, a sense of style.  You will look at limiting beliefs, and replace them so that your growth as an artist is stimulated and nurtured.  You will activate, enhance and expand the flow of your creativity.  You will explore what your larger creative/artistic vision is for your life, and how to make it happen.  We will all  go on an inner journey via guided imagery to discover the awesome source of our creative power! Supplies: Please bring a yoga mat or pad, pillow and blanket to lay on during the guided imagery journey for your comfort. The body cools down when deeply relaxed; and the more relaxed you are physically, the more productive your journey is likely to be.
