Advanced Pasta Methods   NEW!

Creative pasta garnishes and colored pastas will give your dishes a signature found only in the finest restaurants. Learn to infuse pasta with vegetable purees to make vibrant-colored fresh pasta. We will also practice making pasta garnishes using fresh herb leaf-embedded pasta and egg-yolk-filled ravioli. Come and try spinach pasta, beet pasta, and pasta garnishes served with pesto sauce. Course includes complementary wine pairing.
