In this QuickBooks class, you'll get the training you need to start using this accounting program to set up a chart of accounts, reconcile your checking account, create and print invoices, receipts, and statements, track your payables, inventory, and receivables, create estimates, and generate reports. You'll learn how to use QuickBooks 2009 to gain control over all financial aspects of your business!
Requirements:QuickBooks Pro 2009 or QuickBooks Premier Edition 2009 (please be sure to install this software on your computer before the course begins); Microsoft Windows Vista or XP; Internet access, e-mail, the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox Web browser, and the Adobe Flash and PDF plug-ins (two free and simple downloads you obtain at http://www.adobe.com/downloads by clicking Get Adobe Flash Player and Get Adobe Reader). This course is not suitable for Macintosh users, nor for users of QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks SimpleStart.
