Certified Counselor  

This course is designed for registered counselors who hold a credential for 5 years or more in good standing or have a bachelor's degree in a counseling related field. Students will learn Risk Assesment, Ethics, Appropriate Screening and Referral, Washington State Law, and HIV/AIDS education.

This course meets the educational requirements of the Department of Health for Certified Counselors.

CEU's and Clock hours are available for an additional $20. Please contact the registration office at 253.566.5020 to register. Clock Hours and CEU's will only be granted to students who register for them at least one week prior to the first day of class.
