Beginners Yoga- Level 1  

Have you always wanted to try yoga but worried you lacked the flexibility? If you are ready have fun, relax and learn the basics, then this beginners course is for you!

Yoga is not all about flexibility, although your flexibility will increase as a result of this class. You will feel improvements in overall strength, endurance, flexibility and body awareness. Great focus will be placed on alignment and breath work.

Student must bring a mat, blocks and blanket to class.

PLEASE choose only ONE class to enroll in. Both available times are the exact same course.
