Relax and rejuvenate with a yoga class geared toward beginner to intermediate yoga practitioners exploring classic yoga poses with attention to alignment and breathing.
This is a restorative yoga class, encouraging release of tension and improvement in strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and overall well-being. It aims to relax and energize the body, vitalize the mind and lift your spirits.
A yoga mat, blanket and block is required. Both sections are the same. Choose one unless you would like to take the course twice.
