This is a results-driven, conditioning program conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment. Students will participate in a series of circuit training, core conditioning, cardiovascular and body weight exercises.
Robyn uses the most progressive, innovative and creative exercises in fitness to ensure students burn the most fat possible whatever their fitness level.
