Cooking Demo and Insider's View of a Professional Kitchen

Go-behind-the-scenes at the Monroe, GA campus of Athens Technical College and tour a professional kitchen. Then attend a cooking demonstration featuring South American Cuisine by Chef Amy Ponzoli, with the assistance of her culinary students. Food samples and recipes will be provided. No extra fee.
