Tai Chi Yang Style 9   

Tai Chi is a great practice that can help with balance, strength, and well-being. This class will cover the traditional Yang style nine movement form. This is a great form for beginners that covers many of the basic fundamentals of Tai Chi. Class will begin with a warm up of Taijifit Flow moves developed by Tai Chi Master David-Dorian Ross, these are traditional Tai Chi and Qigong moves done in a follow along form set to music. After that we will break down the 9-form and talk about some of the principles of Tai Chi. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
