OLLI Membership, Class Registration, and Activities
Wine Flavors and Food Pairing
Students will learn to recognize and describe the common flavor profiles of red and white wines. They will see how the flavor components of wine complement food flavors, and how foods can influence wine flavor. In addition, students will learn how to select wines to maximize meal enjoyment and how to select food to maximize wine enjoyment. The cost of the class includes a fee to cover the cost of the tasting supplies.
