Native Wine Grapes of Italy

Students will learn about the most prized indigenous grapes of Italy and the terriors in which they grow, as well as their unique growth habits. This course will include the tasting of representative wine and instruction in flavor evaluation. Three wines will be tasted in each of the two sessions.
