Are you looking to keep up with your Pickle ball game, gardening, playing with grandkids, traveling, volunteering, and all the joys of living an active life? Whatever you love to do or want to do-don't let "being of a certain age," having a chronic illness, or past injury keep you from doing it. Dr Jessica Groves brings her understanding of the brain and body, and the importance of feeling safe and capable, to this class dedicated to strengthening your journey through aging by utilizing practical and fun movement.This class will be held on April 20th, 22nd, 27th, and 29th.
