This four-day course has been offered to thousands of corporate and non-profit managers and leaders who are responsible for increasing the effectiveness of “small groups” in their respective organizations. It is designed to assist individuals who are responsible for facilitating “work groups,” business association and not-for-profit boards and teams, project teams and design teams in both the for-profit and not-for-profit world. This course will also be a valuable learning experience for those desiring to learn how to more effectively manage small group process and enhance decision-making in a variety of settings. The skills learned will be useful in a wide variety of business and voluntary association settings.
