Florida is a global hub for trade, logistics, and export-oriented manufacturing activities. Florida is continually increasing trade and creating new jobs, which has landed it as the 3rd largest exporter of the entire US. Jacksonville is perfectly located to play a major role in this industry with 20% of the US consumer population within a 1 day trucking distance and over 50 logistics companies operating in its region.
Research shows that employer-provided training has the same effect on job satisfaction as a 17.7% net wage increase.
