Lean and Beyond 2016 is a convening of local government professionals at all levels of experience using lean to foster improvements in our communities. Join together with thought leaders and fellow lean practitioners for a day of highly interactive presentations, peer to peer conversations, and open space for reflection. Explore new insights into lean thinking and culture through stories of other local governments with challenges and opportunities both similar and beyond your own. For those interested in ongoing opportunities to engage in peer learning networks, attendees will be invited to design and cultivate an ongoing community of practice. Fee includes morning coffee and lunch.
