This series of two sessions will improve operator's ability to:
- plan, achieve, and maintain compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- operate and maintain their system infrastructure
- manage system operations and maintenance
- manage financial and fiscal resources that support the cost of operating and maintaining a water or wastewater system
