Participants in this workshop will learn to identify wastewater collection system components and will understand their purposes and how they function. They will be briefed on applicable industrial wastewater pretreatment requirements. Practical safety and health information vital to reducing injuries and avoiding costly and embarrassing enforcement actions will also be provided. Students will get the latest information on pipe materials, testing, inspection, and cleaning. They will learn worthwhile maintenance methods and record keeping systems to track costs and comply with safety and health record requirements. 2.1 CEU.
