Beginning & Intermediate Ceramics for Kids  

Beginning class will teach how to build a pinch pot, coiled pot, slab project, sculpture and one project of your choice. Intermediate class will teach some wheel techniques to the older, more experienced students. Learn how to glaze, engrave, applique and hand make decorations. Each student needs to bring an apron or long shirt to cover their clothes. All ceramic supplies are provided. Both Beginning and Intermediate will meet at the same time with a teacher for each group. Does your child love to build with clay, this will be a great choice. Please remember to send a long shirt or apron with your child to class. Have him/her wear old clothes. Working with clay is a dirty job.
