Learn better interpersonal communication skills. Explore ways to express yourself in more fair and “win-win” ways. With a focus on strategies and tools to communicate and deal better with others, mini-lectures, discussions, exercises and practice in and outside of class will provide ways to get to your goals. Journaling and other readings will be encouraged but not required. Suggested books, but not required: Your Perfect Right by Alberti and Emmons and Born to Win by James and Jongeward.
