During this course, students will learn to prep, cook, assemble, and stretch recipes for affordable and delicious meal options. Hygiene, sanitation, storage, kitchen safety, and measurement will be taught. The class will be experimenting with different tastes and flavors and combining ingredients to create unique recipes. This is an opportunity to practice knife skills and cooking techniques. We will incorporate cost-cutting meal tips and suggestions to add or subtract ingredients as we assemble the meals.
