Most successful individual investors subscribe to some version of CORE & EXPLORE. CORE investing is where you diligently and thoughtfully diversify your wealth to protect your assets. EXPLORE investing is allocating a small percentage of your wealth and concentrating on the growth of those assets. By focusing on 9 different concentrated baskets of equities, this class will explore how to best optimize growth via EXPLORE investing.
The 7 weekly sessions will be oriented around the present stock market and encompass stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds. Hands-on action sequence trading exercises will help fine tune investors’ skills as we harness the power of the Web in our real-time Internet enabled classroom. We’ll build and manage a weekly class portfolio composed of the most investable ideas drawn from these 9 concentrated baskets of equities. A few examples of these “best of the best” baskets are the 44 Fidelity Select Sector Funds, 10 currency ETFs, the weekly IBD 50 list, 20 commodity ETFs, 35 country funds, scan engine breakout stocks and the 110 Dow Industry Groups.
Real-time chart analysis will occur within all 4 investor foundations of stalking, buying, monitoring and selling. We will manage high probability trades for growth with the individual objective of becoming consistently profitable investors.
We are fortunate to have both
