Appraisal Procedures  

Meets criteria set by the Appraisal Foundation for Basic Appraisal Procedures and for appraiser pre-licensing education. Students apply knowledge learned in “Principles of Appraising” by developing graded form reports, and applying techniques to form and narrative reports. Includes overview of approaches to value and valuation procedures for residential applications. Approved for continuing education for real estate licensees. Registration is open the first three weeks of the quarter. Students must complete the course by the end of the quarter. Recommended Prerequisite: Principles of Appraising.

Required textbook: Basic Appraisal Procedures, 3rd ed. Books may be purchased through the publisher or your preferred book provider.

Registration for this self-paced, online class is open now through January 9 for the Winter quarter. Class may be accessed as early as January 2. Class must be finished by March 22. Please expect approximately one week from time of registration to be granted access to the online class.
