Use MS Project 2019 to create a personal project. Work with GANTT charts, create and organize a task list in a work breakdown structure, set up and assign resources, format and print plans and reports, create a baseline and track progress, and resolve over-allocation issues. Required: Personal computer and USB drive (Access to MS Project is provided for the duration of class if you do not have it on your computer). Attendance of first session is mandatory. .
