FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORIUM TOUR

As a follow up to our winter class, “Thinking Outside the Pine Box,” many PRIME TIME members requested a tour of a funeral home. Marlatt’s Funeral Home in Kent has graciously opened their doors and will provide us with a tour of their facility to include the chapel, viewing room, casket/urn selection room, and the crematory. They will also address topics such as what happens when a death occurs and the funeral home is contacted; initial decisions that need to be made about disposition; types of service possibilities; and aspects of the funeral arrangement.
