Wine 101   

Go beyond "red or white?" and learn about the history of wine, the basics of wine chemistry, wine making, how to taste and evaluate wine, and how to pair wine with food. We’ll also cover how to store wine and decide when it's ready to drink. You’ll sample wines from around the world to help you most fully appreciate the subject. Students must be 21 or older; picture ID required. A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor in class. This class is held off campus at The Barrel Thief Wine & Whiskey Bar in Fremont, 3417 Evanston Ave. N #102, Seattle.
