Guided Autobiography

Join a fun, interactive class that brings people together to explore major life themes. Learn how to use these themes such as the “Turning Points of Your Life”, to write and share stories about your life. Each week you will share your writing and listen to others within the safety of a supportive small group. No writing experience is required. Please bring a pen and notebook to class.
