Making Hard Cider isn't Hard   

A hard‑cider‑making class that feels as comfortable as your own kitchen: In this two‑day, hands‑on workshop, you’ll move step‑by‑step through the full cider‑making journey—from fermentation basics to separating, filtering, back‑flavoring, and carbonation. Each participant receives the materials needed to produce three liters of cider crafted to their own taste. Whether you’re curious about the process or ready to begin a new hobby, you’ll leave with practical skills, flavorful results, and the confidence to talk cider like a seasoned enthusiast.

Participants must be 21 or older.

Located at Sisters' Cider House on Bainbridge Island.
