Get fit and have fun in this people-inspired dance fitness program that blends explosive dance with boot camp conditioning. Easy-to-follow, exaggerated movements help you burn calories and increase your endurance during this fun and challenging workout. We'll dance to today's hits and yesterday's favorites, and you'll have a blast in this class! Suitable for all ages and fitness levels; no special equipment required, but please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and towel.
