If you've tried to learn to swim and come up short, it's not your fault. Learn the essentials of becoming a swimmer that are not found in traditional lessons. Overcoming fear in water is one of them. This course aims squarely at dismantling fear. Breakthroughs can be expected. Strokes are not relevant to overcoming fear and are not included.
The pool is heated to 86 degrees.
*This class is for first-time students and may not be repeated. Supply list: Wear a bathing suit under your clothes; bring a towel and flip-flops; bring goggles and swim cap if you have them. Apply sunblock during class. Meet at the pool location listed or call 941-921-6420.
