Learn to Swim for Adults, Part 1 (small class size)

Adult swimming lessons where all students learn at their own pace and begin to conquer fear of water with a system that cannot fail. Most people could learn to swim if they were comfortable and confident doing three things: putting their face in water, floating, and standing up from a float. Take a class where these skills are taught. You'll learn in a way that makes them easy and fun! From there, all else can be learned with joy and curiosity. Go at your own pace: no pressure. "If it's not fun, we won't do it."
The pool is heated to 86 degrees.
*This class is for first-time students and cannot be repeated. Supply list: Wear a bathing suit under your clothes; bring a towel and flip-flops; bring goggles and swim cap if you have them. Apply sun block right before class. Meet at the pool location listed or call 941-921-6420.

At Miracle Swimming School for Adults, we take Covid19 seriously. This is our protocol for teaching safe classes:
Virtually everyone who gets the virus spreads it. To stop the spread, we must prevent one person's exhalation from reaching another person. Teachers wear a mask. Students wear a mask during the dry-land parts of class, but are not required to wear one in the pool. Participants are more than 6 feet from anyone else.
Students learn by feeling safe at all times. This is accomplished partly by our original teaching system and partly by using float bars to learn to float. Each student gets one for class. Teacher does not come within 6 feet. A strap, not yet pictured, keeps the student from drifting away from the bar if she/he is ready to let go.
